经食道超声评价二尖瓣狭窄患者左房自发声学显影的稳定性

摘　　要：目的 :探讨二尖瓣狭窄病人左房自发声学显影的稳定性。方法 :采用多平面经食道超声对 34例二尖瓣狭窄病人的左房自发声学显影情况在 1～ 30个月后复查。结果 :所有病人左房自发声学显影均未消失或程度减轻 ,88%的患者没有变化。结论Objective:To evaluate the stability of left atrial spontaneous echo contrast(LASEC)by transesophageal echocardiography in patients with mitral stenosis.Methods:Repeat transesophageal echocardiography was performed in 34 patients with mitral stenosis over periods ranging from 1 month to 30 months.Results:LASEC did not disappear or decrease in severity in any patient and was unchanged in 88% of patients.Conclusion:LASEC is a comparative stable phenomenon in patients with mitral stenosis.
