摘　　要：对转轨经济国家的经济来讲,金融体系的发展十分关键。其中,股票市场的发展、存款保险制度的构建和中央银行独立性的强化又是重中之中,它们对于转轨国家经济的持续增长、金融体系稳定、金融体制改革深化都非常关键。The development of the financial system is very important for the economy in the economy-switching countries.The development of stock market,the construction of deposit security system,and the strengthening of the central bank's independence are the three of vital points,which are the keys for the economy-switching countries to steadily increase the economy,to stabilize the financial system and to deepen the reform of it.
