摘　　要：采用Gleeble 15 0 0热力模拟机测定了H0 8Mn2E钢的临界温度Ac1、Ac3以及Ms点。通过测定不同温度下等温转变和不同冷却速度下连续冷却转变的膨胀曲线 ,结合金相组织观察和硬度测定 ,获得了该钢的等温转变曲线和连续冷却转变曲线 ,研究了其等温转变和连续冷却转变产物的组织形态 ,为该钢的工艺制订提供了理论依据。The critical temperature at Ac_1,Ac_3 and Ms for H08Mn2E steel was determined by Gleeble-1500 heat simulation machine.By measuring the different expanding curves of isothermal transformation and continuous cooling transformation,as well as the microstructure observation and hardness measurement,the TTT and CCT diagrams were obtained.The microscopic morphology of isothermal transformation and continuous cooling transformation of H08Mn2E were studied,which provided a theoretical basis for the process optimation.
