摘　　要：通过文献资料调研、问卷调查、访谈、数据统计以及个案分析等方法对我国基层群众体育管理体制和运行机制进行了研究 ,探讨并构建了我国基层群众体育管理体制未来模式 ,并提出了政府与社团结合型管理体制的实施途径。By using the method of documentary investigation, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and case analysis, this paper makes study on management system and operation mechanism for mass sports of grass roots in China, discusses and designs the future model of management system of mass sports, put forwards the implement route of combining government and association management system.
