摘  要:从配网中SCADA与AM/FM/GIS系统的集成入手,得出当前集成的SCADA/AM/FM/GIS在线系统只监控了电力系统设备的宏观运行特性,而未考虑电气设备的绝缘运行状态及故障诊断情况,具有一定的局限性。通过分析电气设备绝缘在线监测系统的原理,提出一种将SCADA/AM/FM/GIS与电气设备绝缘在线监测系统相结合的思想。依此思路集成的新系统,既能全面地反映电力系统及设备的运行状态,又能监测电气设备的在线绝缘状态,具有较好的经济、实用价值。通过实例分析得出基于SCADA/AM/FM/GIS的设备绝缘在线监测系统的设计方法,经在实际中应用,具有很好的效果。After analyzing the integration of the SCADA with AM/FM/GIS in the Distribution Management System (DMS), this paper points out that the integrated on-line SCADA/AM/FM/GIS just monitor macroscopic run specificity of the electric power system, but not take into account insulation run state and fault diagnosis situation of the electrical equipment, so it has certain limitation. Though discussing the action and function of the on-line monitoring system for electrical equipment, a thought is proposed that integrate the SCADA/AM/FM/GIS with the on-line monitoring system of electrical equipment. The new integrated system not only comprehensively reflect the performing state of electric power system and equipment but also can monitor the on-line insulation state of electrical equipment, so the system has quite good economic and practical value. With a example analyzing a design way of integration on-line monitoring system of equipment based on SCADA/AM/FM/GIS can be obtained, it has excellent effectiveness by being used in practical application.
