中国排球优秀运动队15年动态发展状况研究

摘　　要：198 5年以来我国优秀排球运动员人数急剧下降 ,至 1 999年排球运动员人数仅为 1 985年的 4 0 .55% ,与人数最多的 1 979年相比则下降了 76 %。 1 985年以来我国优秀排球运动员人数变化表现出两个阶段性的特点 ,1 986 - 1 993年为急速下降期 ,1 994年以来为基本稳定期 ,但是这种稳定是一种低水平的稳定。东部地区是目前我国排球运动发展的主要地区 ,而我国排球运动队和运动员人数的大幅下降主要受中部地区和西部地区的影响。要改变目前优秀排球运动员人数太少的状况 ,政策与管理体制是最重要的因素 ,要摸索出一套适应目前发育不完全的排球市场的管理与运作方法。Since 1985, the number of our elite volleyball players radically declines. In 1999, the number is only 40.55% of that in 1985 , and 24% of that in1979, in which the number reaches it acme. Since 1985, the variation of number is divided into two periods : from 1986 to 1993, it is radical decline periods ; and since 1994, it is nearly stable period , However , this kind of stability is a low level one . East China is the area where volleyball sports prospers ; in contrast , the phenomenon of number decline mainly occurs in Central China and West China .This status cannot be changed unless a proper way of administration and operation is found , in which policy and administrative system are the most important factors.
