摘　　要：本文在查阅大量文献资料和进行专家访谈的基础上 ,针对大学生出现的各种心理问题 ,借鉴西方心理健康教育的方法 ,提出了我国高校实施心理健康教育的内容、原则、方法和途径。It is one of the important tasks to devote much attention and study the problems of mental health education in universities in our country.In the light of various problems of mental health and using the mental health education method of western countries for reference,the author put forward the content,principle and method of the mental health education in universities in our country on the basis of consulting a vast amount of literature and expert.
