摘　　要：政治民主化浪潮将随着经济全球化浪潮的不断发展而逐步高涨 ,这是不以任何人意志为转移的。江泽民同志提倡的建设社会主义政治文明的思想 ,是与马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论一脉相承的 ,是对社会主义社会政治发展的规律性认识 ,是对社会主义国家执政党建设的规律性认识。It is independent of man's will that with the development of economic globalization rises the tide of political democratization. Jiang Ze-min's thoughts on the construction of socialist political civilization can be traced to the same origin as Marxism, Mao Ze-dong's thoughts and Deng Xiao-ping Theory. It's the recognition of regularity concerning the political development in socialist society and the construction of the governing party in a socialist country.
