摘　　要：电子信息技术已成为印刷出版的重要技术和传播手段。现代意义的印刷出版 ,从观念意识 ,到编辑工作流程 ,到发行和信息反馈 ,均产生了质的变革 ,彻底改变了印刷出版的面貌。网络技术使印刷出版业变成一个在很大程度上由数字技术所驱动的行业 ,进而重写了出版的意义 ;计算机技术的广泛应用 ,使印刷出版的选题、组稿、审稿、编辑加工、校对、稿件的归档管理等各个环节发生了根本的转变 ,进而提高了整个行业的品质和效率 ,拓展了出版业的发展空间。Electronic information technology has become an important technique and a propagation device of printing and publication. Meanwhile,printing and publication,in the modern sense,from concept to consciousness,from the process of edition to publication and information feedback,have undertaken fundamental changes. Consequently,the face of printing and publication has completely altered. Net technology has made printing and publication,to a large extent,an industry impelled by digital technology. It has also changed the meaning of printing and publication. At the same time,the wide use of computer technology has totally changed topic selection,article organization,article examination,edition,proofreading,filing and managing of articles etc of printing and publication. Quality and efficiency are attained and scope of development is enlarged.
