摘　　要：以旅行社责任保险为主体的责任保险新近实施,其与旅游意外保险在性质、特点上存在很大差别。本文阐述旅行社责任保险的内容和意义。The Commitment Insurance Regulations in which travel agency commitment insuranceplays a major part has recently been put into effect. These regulations have great differences from tourismaccident insurance both in nature and characteristics. This paper elaborates the contents and significanceof travel agency commitment insurance.
