粘土吸附法处理直接混纺黑废水的试验研究

摘  要:以高岭土和活性白土作为去除水中直接混纺黑D -RSX的吸附剂 :考察了吸附时间、水样 pH、吸附剂用量对吸附效果的影响 ,测定了吸附等温线 ,采用Langmuir和Freundlich模式对吸附平衡试验数据作了线性拟合 ,对吸附性能进行了讨论。结果表明 ,吸附去除率随着吸附时间的延长、吸附剂用量的增加而增大。在本试验条件下 ,吸附平衡时间为 2h ,两种粘土的用量以 5g/lOOmL废水为宜。pH对吸附效果基本上没有影响 ,在中性条件下吸附较为合适。直接混纺黑在两种粘土上的吸附都能用Langmuir和Freundlich模式较好地模拟 ,吸附呈单分子层形式且易于进行。研究还表明 ,在其它条件相同时 ,两种粘土对直接混纺黑的吸附效果优于粉状及粒状活性炭。粘土吸附剂可在中温 ( 3 0 0℃~ 5 0 0℃ )条件下焙烧再生 ,再生效果较好 ,吸附剂可重复使用。Kaolin and Activated bielozem were used as a^lsorbent of direct blends black D-RSX in water inlhis paper. The effect of adsorption time, adsorbent amount and pH on the adsorption efficiency was investigated. The adsorption isotherm was represented, too. The results show that the adsorption efficiency increase with adsorption time and adsorbent amount. Under these experimental conditions, adsorption equilibrium time is 2h. The optimum amount of the two kinds of adsorbent is 5g/100mL wastewater, pH has no influence on adsorption efficiency. The adsorption of direct blend black onto kaolin and activated bielozem canbe well described by Langmuir and Freundlich models. The adsorption appears monomolecular type and it iseasy to be performed. The study also indicates that the adsorption efficiency of direct blend black onto kaolinand activated bielozem are more than that onto activated carbon. The adsorbent kaolin is easy to beregenerated by roasting at 300~500~C after being employed.
