摘  要:在对低倍率循环流化床锅炉的槽型惯性分离器进行实验研究的基础上,提出了该型分离器的分离机理模型.它将有助于实现锅炉整体的优化设计和最优控制.其分析方法对其它类型的惯性分离器,如U 型惯性分离器,具有实用的参考价值.Based on experiments of a notch inertial separators(NIS)which used forlow recycle ratio CFB,this paper presents a model of NIS's separation mechanism.The separation mechanism for the NIS' is considered as the inertial separation andcentrifugal separation,so the series model is proposed.The battle separator is composed of many NIS elements which are arranged intransverse and longitudial direction of the battle chamber.Every NIS element has thesame collection efficiency for the battle separator of a row NIS in transverse direction,and the series model can be modeling the total collection efficiency for the battleseparator of a row NIS in longitudinal direction.It is a great help for optimization ofdesign and control.This method of analysis is referable to other kinds of inertialseparators,e.g.U shaped inertial separator.
