摘　　要：介绍了基于特征匹配的计算机芯片管脚视觉检测系统设计 ,在对芯片管脚间距进行检测时 ,将 CCD所拍摄到的芯片图像经灰度转换 ,边缘检测 ,特征匹配和阈值检验后 ,完成管脚检测。软件实现上采用 Matlab/Borland C+ + Builder/ SQL Server混合编程的方式。This paper presents the design of computer chip pins test system based on feature matching.As testing the chip pins space,the chip CCD image should be checked in grey transformation,edge test,feature matching and threshold firstly,and then the pins can be tested.Matlab/Borland C++Builder/SQL Server hybrid software programming mode is used.
