摘　　要：把模糊聚类法应用在中长期电力负荷预测中,并在某城市的城网改造中,应用该方法预测未来十年内的年用电量。This paper introduces the fuzzy clustering algorithm in the power distribution system planning of the city, and an application using it to forecast the total load of every year of the city.
