摘  要:为适应生产清洁汽油的要求,中国石化股份有限公司茂名分公司在1.4 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上进行了降低汽油烯烃含量的助剂A和催化剂B,C,D的评价试验,并与原使用的催化剂进行了比较。标定的结果表明:应用降烯烃助剂或催化剂均能有效地降低催化裂化汽油的烯烃含量,而使辛烷值稍有下降,轻质油收率下降,液化石油气收率上升,液化石油气中高附加值产品丙烯、丁烯含量上升明显,催化剂单耗上升。另外,由于产品分布变化较大,经济效益有升有降。催化剂D的降烯烃幅度最大;催化剂C的活性稳定性、抗重金属污染能力、机械强度最好,由于价格最高的液化石油气收率上升明显,而使经济效益明显上升;催化剂B的流化性能较好;助剂A具有加注灵活、见效快等特点,但其应用成本较高。In order to meet the specification of clean gasoline, promoter A and catalysts B, C, and D had been adopted to decrease the olefin content in FCC naphtha in the 1. 4Mt/a heavy oil FCC unit of Maoming Petrochemical Company. The evaluation results showed that either the promoter or the catalysts all could effectively decreased the olefin content in FCC naphtha, but the naphtha octane numbers slightly dropped and the light oil yields also decreased. However, the LPG yields increased, in which the propylene and butylene contents obviously increased, but the catalyst make-up rates raised too. The product slates and economic benefits varied after the catalysts and promoter applied. Catalyst D decreased more olefin content in naphtha than others; catalyst C had the highest activity stability, high heavy metal tolerance ability and strong mechanical strength, and the economic benefit increased effectively as the high-value LPG yield increasing; the fluidizing performance of catalyst B was the best; and the promoter A had flexibly adding and quickly acting features, but the cost was higher.
