摘 要:根据非洲某原油酸值高(13.64 mgKOH/g)、金属含量高、密度大的特性,在实验室研制并优选出适合此类原油脱酸的中和剂、增溶剂、破乳剂,同时,对温度、电场强度、停留时间等工艺条件进行了考察,在中和剂用量1.2%,破乳剂用量100/μg/g。增溶剂用量10%,电场强度1000V/cm,电场停留时间2 h,温度130℃,注水量10%的试验条件下,此类原油的脱酸率大于60%,脱后酸值小于5.5 mgKOH/g。Deacidification of an African crude oil having high acid number (13. 64mgKOH/g) , high metal content and high density was conducted in the laboratory. Proper neutralizing agent, solubilizer and demulsifer were prepared and selected, and the process conditions, such as temperature, electric field intensity and residence time, were also investigated. The result showed that using 1. 2% neutralizing agent, 10% solubilizer, 100μg/g demulsifier and 10% water injection at an operating condition of 130℃ and residence time in oil field 2h, the deacidification rate was higher than 60% and the acid number of the product was less than 5. 5mgKOH/g.
