污泥调剖工艺技术研究与应用

摘　　要：　利用岩心封堵实验、压汞实验、扫描电镜和铸体薄片图像分析,开展了污泥调剖机理实验研究和矿场实践。形成了一套适用于江汉油田的污泥调剖和注入工艺技术。结果表明:含油污泥是较好的颗粒型调剖堵剂,能够有效地封堵高渗透层,起到增油降水的作用,污泥调剖是施工简单、成本低、封堵效果好的工艺技术。Core sealing experiment、mercury-injection experiment、scanning electron micrograph and casting body slice image analysis have been used to carry out experimental research and field practice of sludge profile control mechanism. A set of sludge profile control and injection technology that is suitable for Jianghan Oilfield has been formed. The result shows that sludge contains oil is good pelletal type profile control plugging agent,which can seal high permeability layer efficiently,and play the role for increasing oil production while decreasing water cut. Sludge profile control technology is simple、low cost and good sealing effect technology.
