摘　　要：文章论述了采用先进技术进行土地利用动态监测的必要性,介绍了遥感与GIS进行动态监测的优势及方法。并阐述了TM和SPOT卫星图像信息在土地利用类型调查中的作用。This paper presents a report on the study of the application of remote sensing and geometrical information system GIS in the dynamic monitoring of land use,emphasizing especially the necessity of applying advanced technologies for this aim.The advantages and operation methods of using remote sensing and GIS are introduced in detail;practical ways to identify the types of land use through TM and SPOT satellite photographs are also introduced.
