摘  要:该固砂剂是为满足胜利胜坨油田高含水、严重出砂油井的防砂而开发的。所研制的糠醇 脲 甲醛树脂活性高 ,水分散性良好。通过组分筛选和配方优化 ,得到固砂液的基本配方为 :5 .0~ 8.0 %树脂 ,2 .5~ 5 .0 %潜在酸固化剂 ,0 .2 %~ 0 .5 %商品偶联剂HK 5 5 0 ,用清水配液。实验固砂液与粒径 0 .4~ 0 .8mm的石英砂在 6 0℃反应 2 4小时形成的固结砂 ,抗压强度大于 5MPa ,渗透率保留率大于 80 % ,适用温度下限 6 0℃ ,上限至少为 90℃ ,在油田污水、煤油、10 %盐酸、10 %硫酸、10 %NaOH碱液中浸泡 90天强度基本不变 ,在 10 %KMnO4溶液中浸泡 10d后解体。石英砂中含有粘土时固结砂抗压强度急剧降低 ,≤ 1%时抗压强度 >5MPa。石英砂粒径减小使固结砂渗透率保留率降低。简介了在胜坨油田 12口严重出砂井和 9口一般出砂井用该固砂液固砂的结果。图 5表 6参 5。The titled sand consolidating agent is developed for use in high water cut and severely sanding production wells in Shengtuo, Shengli, The furfurol/urea/formaldehyde resin used is highly reactive and easily dispersible in water. Through additive selection and formula optimization, the basic composition of sand consolidating fluid (SCF) is established as follows: 5.0%-8.0% resin+2.5-5.0% a latent acid as curing agent (CA) +0.2-0.5% commercial coupling agent HK-550 in fresh water. For quartz sand packs of particle size 0.4-0.8*'mm cemented with a standard experimental consolidating fluid at 60℃ in 24 hrs, a compression strength >5 MPa and a permeability retention >80% are observed, the curing temperature varies in range 60-90℃ and higher; the cemented packs keep their strength practically unchanged after being immersed in oilfield produced water, 10% hydrochloric and 10% sulfuric acids and 10% NaOH solution for 90 days but disintegrate in 10% KMnO_4 solution in 10 days. With quartz of less particle size the permeability retention of cemented sand packs is lower. The results of using this fluid for sand consolidation in 12 oil wells with severe sanding troubles and 9 wells with medium sanding problems are presented briefly.
