摘 要:中原文留油田文 16断块储层渗透率低 (2× 10 -3 ~ 6 0× 10 -3 μm2 ) ,温度高 (12 3~ 130℃ ) ,长石含量高 ,油井重复酸化效果差、有效期短。分析了用土酸或含 (潜在 )氢氟酸的酸液处理砂岩储层造成的各种伤害 ,提出了对重复酸化用酸液的要求 ,包括氢氟酸含量适当 ,减少二次伤害等。根据这些要求研制了适合中原油田砂岩油藏重复酸化用的由膦酸、脂肪酸酯和含氟盐组成的有机缓速酸 ,提出了前置酸 (10 %~ 15 %盐酸或盐酸 /醋酸 +添加剂 )—主体酸 (有机缓速酸 )—后置酸 (10 %~ 15 %盐酸 +添加剂 )—顶替液酸液体系。在短岩心模拟实验中 ,有机缓速酸提高岩心渗透率的幅度高于低伤害酸 (磷酸 /氢氟酸 /盐酸胶束酸 ) ,低伤害酸又高于常规土酸。在长岩心模拟实验中 ,有机缓速酸提高串连 3段岩心渗透率的幅度均远高于低伤害酸。在现场试验中将有机缓速酸体系用于 4口井的再次酸化 ,均获得了良好的增油效果 ,详细介绍了两口经过土酸类酸液处理但效果不佳的油井再次酸化的情况和效果。图 2表 4参 4。The repeated acidization operations in production wells become less effective with shorter duration of response in stimulating the reservoirs of fauted block Wen-18,Wenliu,Zhongyuan,which are characterized by low permeability (2×10^(-3)-60×10^(-3)*'μm^2),high temperature (123-130℃) and high feldspar content.The formation damages in the sandstone reservoirs treated by mud acid and HF-containing acids are analysed,the requirements to the acidizing fluids for repeated acidization are presented, including here proper HF content to reduce secondary damages.For repeated acidization of low permeable reservoirs in Zhongyuan,an organic delayed acid (ODA) composed of phosphinic acid(s),fatty acid ester(s),and fluorine-containing salt(s) and an acidizing fluid system of pad acid (10-15% hydrochloric or hydrochloric/acetic acid+additives)-principle acid (ODA)-post pad acid are suggested .In acidization stimulation experiments on short cores,the ODA increases core permeability much more than a low damaging acid (phosphoric/hydrofluoric/hydrochloric micellar acid,MA) does and the MA-than a standard mud acid does.In the experiments on long,serial cores,the ODA increases permeability of all 3 core sections much more than the MA does. The ODA acidizing fluid system has been used in field trials on repeated acidization in 4 production wells of Wen-18 reservoir with increased oil productivity observed.Two well cases are dscribed in some detail and the two wells had been stimulated by using plain and micellar mud acids twice with unsatisfactory results.
