Combinational Corrosion Inhibitor GC-02 of Higher Efficiency and Lower Toxicity for Downbole Use in Production Wells

摘  要:中原文明寨、马寨油田采出水腐蚀性强 ,使用的芳胺类油井缓蚀剂DF 97毒性较大且效能较差。在 80℃ (井下温度 )考察了低毒性的支链脂肪胺盐AU和咪唑啉盐MY 0 1及其复配物在油田采出水中对A3钢试片的缓蚀性能 ,发现AU有用量限量 ,MY 0 1+AU的缓蚀性能好于 2种单剂 ,质量比为 9∶1时缓蚀性能最好 ,此复配缓蚀剂代号为GC 0 2。GC 0 2的缓蚀率随加量增大 (10~ 14 0mg/L)而增大 ,加量为 4 0mg/L时超过 79%。GC 0 2在用量 10~ 12 0mg/L时的缓蚀效果好于现用缓蚀剂DF 97和QY SL(咪唑啉类 )。现场使用加量定为 80mg/L ,每隔 3~ 7天按计算量从环空投加一次 ,6口油井由使用DF 97改为使用GC 0 2后 ,采出水中总铁含量平均由 10 .6mg/L降至 4 .7mg/L ,井口挂片腐蚀速率由 0 .15 2mm/a降至 0 .0 2 5mm/a ,单井缓蚀剂月投加量由 30 0kg减至 2 5 0kg。 图1表 3参 1。In Wenmingzhai and Mazhai oil fields,Zhongyuan, the produced waters are corrosive and the corrosion inhibitor used downhole in production wells, aromatic amine inhibitor DF-97, is toxic and less effective .A branched fatty amine salt,AU, an imidazoline salt,MY-01,and their various combinations are investigated for corrosion inhibition of steel A3 specimen in the produced water at 80℃ (well temperature).It is found that there exists a dosage limit for AU and combinations MY-01+AU are more effective than either MY-01 or AU.The corrosion inhibition rate of GC-02 increases with increasing its dosage (10-140 mg/L),bing of >79% at dosage 40 mg/L.At dosage ranged in 10-120 mg/L,GC-02 is more effective than DF-97 and QY-SL (an imidazoline) used presently. The dosage of GC-02 in field uses is of 80 mg/L,the inhibitor is introduced into production wells through annulus every 3-7 days in a designed quantity. As a result of replacing DF-97 with GC-02 in 6 production wells,the comtent of ∑Fe in the produced water decreases in average form 10.6 mg/L to 4.7 mg/L,the corrosion rate at the well head - form 0.152 mm/a to 0.025 mm/a and the amount of inhibitor used per well in a month - from 300 kg to 250 kg.
