摘  要:在原始油层温度 80℃、原始地层水矿化度 2 10 0 0mg/L的胜利胜坨一区开展了梳形抗盐聚合物KYPAM和超高分子量HPAMMO 4 0 0 0对比驱油试验。KYPAM试验区面积 1.6 3km2 ,油层厚 12m ,注聚井 10口 ,井距 30 0m ,油井 16口 ,含水 97.2 % ,设计分 3个段塞注入浓度 180 0~ 10 0 0mg/L的KYPAM污水 (矿化度 12 4 0 1mg/L)溶液1.791× 10 6m3 ;从 2 0 0 2年 7月到 2 0 0 3年 8月 ,注入设计量的 32 .8% ,平均浓度 1836mg/L ,井口粘度2 4mPa·s。MO 4 0 0 0试验区面积 2 .39km2 ,油层厚 17m ,注聚井 2 2口 ,井距 2 2 0m ,油井 4 5口 ,含水 94 .3% ,设计注入浓度、段塞结构相同的MO 4 0 0 0清水 (矿化度 6 80mg/L)溶液 3.6 5 7× 10 6m3 ;从 2 0 0 2年 3月到 2 0 0 3年 8月 ,注入设计量的5 2 .8% ,平均浓度 184 1mg/L ,井口粘度 5 0mPa·s。按 2 0 0 3年 8月统计数字 ,KYPAM试验区见效油井比率(4 3.8% )、单井日平均增产油量 (2 .12t)、单井产油量最大增幅比率 (4 74 % ) ,单井增产油量 (2 186t) ,试验区采收率提高 (0 .4 1% )均高于MO 4 0 0 0试验区 (分别为 37.8% ,1.73t,94 % ,16 90t,0 .38% )。图 2表 4参 4。关键词 :梳形聚合物 ;丙烯酰胺共聚物KYPAM ;部分水解聚丙烯酰胺 ;聚合物驱油 ;矿场应用效果 ;A project of polymer flood using a comb-like acrylamide copolymer, KYPAM, and an ultrahigh molar mass HPAM, MO-4000, comparatively has started in Shengtuo oil field of Shengl with original reservoir temperature 80℃ and formation water TSD 21000 mg/L. In the KYPAM experimental area of 1.63 km^2 with 10 injection and 16 production wells spaced 300 m apart and with paylayers 12 m thick and water cut 97.2%, KYPAM solutions in a produced water of TSD=12401 mg/L in 3 slugs of polymer concentration 1800-1000 mg/L are to be injected in total amount of 1.79×10~6 m^3 and from July 2002 to Aug 2003, 32.8% of the designed volume of solutions of average concentration 1836 mg/L has been injected with viscosity at wellhead 24 mPa·s. In MO-4000 experimental area of 2.39 km^2 with 22 injection and 45 production wells spaced 220 m apart and with paylayers 17 m thick and water cut 94.3%, MO-4000 solutions in fresh water of TSD 680 mg/L of the same slug structure and concentration are to be injected in total amount of 3.657×10~6 m^3 and from March 2002 to Aug 2003, 52.8% of the designed volume of solutions of average concentration 1841 mg/L has been injected with viscosity at wellhead 50 mPa·s. According to the data on Aug 2003, the percentage of production wells of positive response (43.8%), the increment in daily oil production per well (2.12 t), the highest accumulative oil increment and percentage increment per well (2186 t,474%), enhancement in oil recovery (0.41%) in the KYPAM area are higher than those in MO-4000 area (37.8%, 1.73 t, 1690 t,94%, and 0.38%), respectively.
