摘  要:在分析国内长输管线常用降凝剂 (EVA类和丙烯酸高碳醇酯类 )作用机理基础上 ,研制了具有优良抗重复加热抗剪切性能的原油降凝剂BEM 7H C ,其结构特点是分子中除长亚甲基序列外 ,含有极性较强的含氮含氧基团。模拟洪荆输油管线的重复加热条件 ,加剂量 5 0mg/kg ,测定了原用降凝剂GY 3、BEM 7H和新研制的BEM 7H C处理的主要管输原油 (凝点 35℃的西江原油 )的凝点和粘度变化 ,到达末站时凝点分别为 32 .0℃、2 9.0℃、2 8.0℃ ,32 .0℃下粘度分别为凝固、6 12、2 5 2mPa·s。 2 0 0 3年 3月洪荆线现场试验中 ,西江原油在中途掺入大致等量的江汉原油 ,到达末站时 30℃下空白油已凝 ,加剂 (BEM 7H C ,5 g/t)油粘度为 6 4 .4mPa·s,凝点为 2 7.0℃。综合 1999年 (以BEM 7H取代GY 3)和 2 0 0 3年 (以BEM 7H C取代BEM 7H)现场试验结果得知 ,BEM 7H C的抗重复加热抗剪切性能优于BEM 7H ,BEM 7H又优于GY 3。按重复加热条件进行室内模拟的结果与现场试验结果比较接近 ,说明该模拟方法合理。表 9参 1。The functions of pour point depressants (PPDs) commonly used in crude oil transportation at home, EVAs and long chain alkyl acrylates, are analysed and a PPD, BEM-7H-C,with improved tolerency to repeated heating and to pumping shearing is developed, being characterized by the presence of polar N- and O-containing groups in molecule besides of long methylene sequence. Under experimental conditions simulating repeated heating of the transported crude oils along Honghu-Jingmen pipelines with PPD dosage 50 mg/kg, the changes in pour point and viscosity of the crude oil of Xijiang with pour point 35℃ treated by previously used and newly developed PPDs GY-3, BEM-7H, and BEM-7H-C are investigated and at the terminal station the pour point of the treated crude of 32.0℃,29.0℃,and 28.0℃ and its viscosity of -(gelled),612, 252*'mPa·s are observed.In the trial use in Honghu-Jingmen pipelines in March, 2003, the Xijiang crude oil, without PPD added, transported and mixed with Jianghan crude oil midway in nearly equal flow rate reaches the terminal station gelled at 30℃ while the crude with BEM-7H-C added at 50 g/t - has viscosity 64.4 mPa·s at 30℃ and pour point 27.0℃. From the results of 1999 field trial on BEM-7H replacing GY-3 and of 2003 field trial on BEM-7H-C replacing BEM-7H, it is ascertained that in tolerancy to repeated heating and to pumping shearing BEM-7H-C is prior to BEM-7H and the latter - to GY-3. The result of the laboratory simulation of repeated heating is generally similar to that of the field trial which indicates that the simulation is methodologically reasonable.
