主成分分析对钢材质量的综合评价

摘　　要：利用主成分分析理论,对钢材多项性能指标的测试数据进行了主成分分析.选取少数几个主成分,代表原来较多的性能指标,求出选取的主成分对原各性能指标的贡献率 V_1,以等效系数为目标进行线性加权,求得钢材质量的综合指标,给予钢材质量较合理的评价.Applying the major composition theory we make a major composition analysis on data of various steel properties,in which we use a few major compositions to present more properties data.Having gotten the distributive rates to various properties from the major composition,then as its interest coefficient to make a series,for a target of equivalent-result coefficient,we obtain the comprehensive quota of steel quality and give a reliable estimation.
