摘　　要：随着市场竞争的不断加剧,物流已成为各生产企业建立其竞争优势的“第三利润源泉”,其实质就是要通过有效地控制和降低物流成本来提高企业的经济效益。本文在分析生产企业物流成本构成的基础上,剖析了我国现行的生产企业物流成本管理的弊端,提出了单独集中核算物流成本的建议,最后结合生产企业的物流活动特点,提出了生产企业物流成本控制的策略。The paper firstly analyzes the shortcomings of logistics costs manageme nt in industry enterprises nowadays.And secondly,discusses the compositio n of logistics costs in enterprises,putts forward proposals of integrating logistics costs and counting them alone.Lastly,based on analyzing the properties of logistics costs in industry enterprise s,advances some policies on controlling logistics costs.
