摘　　要：介绍了电石乙炔法生产PVC树脂过程中产生的电石渣浆上清液的全部闭路循环回用工艺,并通过采用高效喷雾冷却装置成功地解决了上清液的降温技术。7a来回用装置运行正常,经济和社会效益明显。The process of carbide slag slurry supernatant recovered through full-closed circulating in producing PVC resin by calcium carbide acetylene method was introduced. Lower temperature technology of supernatant was resolved successfully by using high effect spray cooler. Recovery units were operated regularly, and economic and social benefit was obvious.
