番茄下胚轴系列切段离体培养反应的研究 Ⅱ.根的发生

摘　　要：番茄幼苗下胚轴系列切段在离体培养及外源IAA、玉米素和TIBA诱导下,其根的发生情况如下:1.外源IAA促进生根,并随浓度升高效应加强。2.外源玉米素对生根影响不大。3.TIBA影响生根,其效应与外源玉米素浓度相关。4.下胚轴系列,第1-3切段难以被启动生根;第4-8切段对外源IAA反应敏感;第9-13切段反应复杂。Under the induction of exogenous IAA, zeatin, TIBA, the rooting of sequential hypocotyl segments in vitro is as follows:1. IAA promotes segment rooting, and with the increase of concentration,the effect on rooting is stronger. 2. Zeatin effects little on segment rooting. 3. TIBA stimulates rooting, its effect is relative to the concentrations of zeatin. 4. In the sequential segments of the whole hypocotyl, it is difficult to induce the 1st-3rd segments to root; but the 4th-8th segments are sensitive to IAA; the 9th-13th segments respond complicatedly.
