摘 要:对渗漏的缸体进行了解剖,并采样进行力学性能测定和显微组织检验。结果表明,渗漏与异形石墨的存在有明显的相关关系,而碲元素又与异形石墨的产生有关,当碲的加入量(质量分数,下同)为0.002%时,石墨开始发生变异,随着碲加入量的增加,石墨变异程度逐渐严重,当碲的加入量为0.006%时石墨变异非常严重,这种变异的石墨严重降低了铸铁的力学性能,使缸体铸件在气压试验时出现渗漏。Through largely anatomizing the cylinder leaking blocks, the relationship has been found between the leakage rate and the abnormal graphite . And the formation of abnormal graphite has directly relation with the element Te. The experiments show that the effecting Te on the structure and properties of blocks and heads, the abnormal graphite would be occur in structure while the quantity of addition Te 0.002%. As increasing of the Te, the abnormal graphite became more and more severely. If Te reached 0.006%, the abnormal graphite would decrease the properties of iron critically also.
