摘 要:离体条件下,番茄幼苗下胚轴系列切段在有外源IAA、玉米素和TIBA时,其不定芽的发生表现出:1.外源IAA和玉米素均促进不定芽产生,玉米素作用大于IAA;TIBA具有较强的促进生芽效应。2.切段形态学两端不定芽形成存在极性现象,IAA和玉米素均可减弱这种极性表现,而TIBA在削弱极性方面作用不显著。3.下胚轴系列切段中不同切段在外源IAA、玉米素、TIBA刺激下,形成不定芽的反应存在明显差异,总体上讲其中部切段为敏感区,上、下部切段敏感性差。In vitro, under the supply of exogenous IAA, zeatin and TIBA, the formation of adventitious buds is as follows: 1. IAA and zeatin promote the forming of buds, the effect of zeatin is stronger than IAA; TIBA stimulates stronger to form buds. 2. There is a polarity during the bud formation at two morphological ends of segment, IAA and zeatin can weaken this polar appearance; but the effect of TIBA on this is not obvious. 3. There is obvious difference among the sequential segments of the whole hypocotyl in response of bud forming, as a whole, the middle segments are of sensitive region, the upper and lower segments are little sensitive.
