荧光微球的制备及应用

摘　　要：荧光微球是一类特殊的功能微球,在许多领域尤其是在生物医学领域方面有重要的应用。文中介绍了荧光微球的定义及分类,对其基本制备方法进行了综述,并对其在许多领域的应用进行了介绍,着重介绍了其在高通量药物筛选中的应用。最后,还对此领域的研究及应用前景进行了展望。Fluorescent microsphere is one kind of functional microspheres. It can be used in many fields especially in biomedicine. This review presented the definition and categories of fluorescent microsphere. The preparing methods of fluorescent microsphere were listed as a very important part in this review; they are dying method, encapsulating method, hanging method and co-polymerizing method; in many times, they are used together for preparing fluorescent microsphere. The applications of fluorescent microsphere in many fields especially in high throughput screening of drugs are also given as another important part. In the end, the authors anticipated the development in the researchs and applications of fluorescent microsphere.
