摘 要:在微波条件下,以十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂使N-(α-甲基-丁酯基)马来酰亚胺微乳液聚合。研究了引发剂浓度、单体浓度、乳化剂浓度等因素对聚合速率的影响,三条曲线的斜率分别为0.55,1.3,0.5。用PERKIN-ELMERDSC7、200Varian核磁共振仪对聚合物进行了检测。In this paper, polymerization of N-(α-methyl-butyoxl)maleimide was studied by means of microwave radiation, using sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as emulsifier and potassium persulfate (KPS) as the initiator, the microemulsion containing N-(α-methyl-butyoxl) maleimide was firstly prepared. The effects of initiator concentration, monomer concentration and emulsifier concentration were investigated. On this basis, the polymerization kinetics were discussed. The result shows that the effect of microwave to the reaction is elementarily identical to the conventional heating manner and the reaction kinetics has no obvious difference. At the same time, the polymer was characterized by ~1H-NMR and DSC.
