摘　　要：高能物理实验是粒子物理实验在今天的名字。人类科学研究的三大任务是：物质结构、天体演化和生命起源。基本粒子实验的研究对象是物质结构，是用实验来回答物质的基本组分及其相互作用。以前，人们普遍认为，一切物质都是由质子、中子和电子构成的，在那时，质子、中子和电子被认为是“没有结构的”和“The HEPE(high energy physics experiment)is the current name of the experiment studying elementary particle physics(ESEPP).The basic knowledge and important discoveries of ESEPP are briefly reviewed. In this field,wise and hardworking Chinese scientists have made excellent,world-class contributions since the 1920s.Recent outstanding results at the China's base of HEPE,BEPC/BES,including the precise m, measurement are introduced,and some ongoing work is outlined.
