摘  要:采用熔融共混制备了纳米级CaCO3、有机膨润土和微米级滑石粉改性的聚乙烯(PE)防雾滴膜,通过考察该膜的防雾滴性能以及防雾滴剂从膜中析出的情况,并借助傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、紫外可见分光光度计对纳米CaCO3的添加方式、不同粉体的改性效果及不同处理剂的影响进行了研究。结果表明,纳米CaCO3改性膜的无滴持效期明显长于其他2种粉体改性的膜;将纳米CaCO3与防雾滴剂预混合可提高膜的防雾滴性能;纳米CaCO3在膜中的质量分数仅为1.06%时,膜的红外线(7~14μm)透过率及紫外线透过率会有一定程度的降低;马来酸酐接枝PE蜡的添加使纳米CaCO3改性膜的无滴持效期进一步延长。Anti-fog films of polyethylene modified respectively with nano-CaCO3, nano-organic bentonite and talcum powder of micrometer were prepared by the process of melt blending. Through examination of antifogging property of the film and migration of the anti-fog agents from the film, the way to add nano-CaCO3, the modification effectiveness of various powders and the influence of different treating agents were studied with Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and ultra violet spectroscope. The results indicate that the anti-fog property of the film can be improved by premixing nano-CaCO3 with the anti-fog agents; the film modified by nano-CaCO3 has an anti-fog durability that is obviously longer than the films modified by the other two kinds of the powders. The infrared (7-14 μm) and ultraviolet transmittance of the films can be decreased to a certain extent when the content of the nano-CaCO3 in the film was merely 1.06%. Addition of maleic anhydride-grafted polyethylene wax can make the anti-fog durability of the films modified by nano-CaCO3 be further prolonged.
