摘　　要：我们应用背阔肌-皮瓣移位重建屈肘功能7例。术后随访8个月至8年,均获得良好效果。本文对其应用指征、手术方法及其注意事项等进行了讨论。From 1982 to 1992, the authors reported 7 cases of reconstruction of elbow flexion with the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap, these patients were followed up from 8 months to 8 years, and the results were all satisfactory, Indications, technique and attentions in the operation were discussed in this paper.
