摘　　要：简要介绍了紫外线吸收剂UV -326的生产工艺过程 ,即 :将4 -氯 -2 -硝基苯胺 (1)用亚硝酸钠 (2)和硫酸重氮化后与2 -特丁基 -4 -甲基苯酚 (3)进行偶合反应 ,制成2 -硝基 -4 -氯 -2′-羟基 -3′-特丁基 -5′ -甲基偶氮苯 (4)。 (1)、(2)、(3)的摩尔比为 :1∶1.04∶1.18。将 (4)用硫化钠还原为2 - (2′-羟基 -3′-特丁基 -5′ -甲基苯基 ) -5 -氯苯并三唑氮氧化物 (5) ,最后用锌粉还原 (5)制成最终产品2 - (2′ -羟基 -3′-特丁基 -5′-甲基苯基 ) -5 -氯苯并三唑 (6) (UV -326)。UV -326是一种用于聚烯烃、ABS、聚酯等树脂的优良的光稳定剂 ,与受阻胺光稳定剂 (HALS)有协同效应。This article introduces the production process for UV-326,namely the product obtained by4-chlor-2-nitroaniline(1)is diazotized with sodium nitrite(2)and sulfuric acid and then is reacted with2-t-butyl-4-methyl phenol(3)to make2-nitro-4-chloro-2′-hydroxy-3′-t-butyl-5′-methyl-azobenˉzene(4).The mole ratio of(1),(2),(3)is1∶1.04∶1.18.The(4)is reduced with sodium sulfide to obtain2-(-2′-hydroxy-3′-t-butyl-5′-methyl-phenyl-)-5-chloro-phenyltriazol N-oxide(5).Then,(5)was reduced with zinc powder to make the final poduct2-(-2-hydroxy-3′-t-butyl-5′methyl-phenyl-)-5-chloro-phenyltriazole(6)(UV-326).The synergismof hintered amine light stabilizer(HALS)and benzotriazol ultraviolet absorber is very prominent,and used practically in the photostabilization of industrial polymers.Light ageing test showed that UV-326had execellent light stability for polyolefine,ABS,PUand other resins.
