摘　　要：可靠性增长试验分析中,运用Bayes方法的一个关键问题是验前分布的确定。目前,在工程应用中,运用了多种不同的方法来确定验前分布。不同的验前分布将引出不同的评估结果。文中列举了二项分布模型、指数寿命模型以及AMSAA模型下的验前分布确定方法,并作了必要的剖析,指出需要注意的问题及其处置的技术途径。In the domain of the reliability growth testing,the key problem is to determine the prior distribution. The different prior distribution in Bayesian analysis will obtain the different results in statistical inference. In this paper,the methods for determining prior distribution are given under the Binomial model, exponential life model and AMSAA model. In the same time the analysis about such prior distribution are proposed.
