摘 要:简要介绍了Geminis表面活性剂的特点和稠油乳化降粘剂QX的合成方法。探讨了降粘剂QX的特性,重点是QX分子结构对乳状液的影响。由于QX分子结构中具有两个疏水基,都含有富电子的苯环和双键,使其与重油之间产生较强的吸引力,有利于重油的乳化;再加上分子结构中的亲水基与水相中分子产生较强的分子缔合,有利于乳状液的稳定。QX降粘剂现场试验结果表明,系统压力由1.5 MPa降到0.4 MPa,日产油量由2.4 t增加到7.1t。The properties of Geminis as surfactant and the synthesis of QX emulsifierfor reducing viscosity of heavy oil were briefly introduced. The behaviours of QX emulsifier were examined with an emphasis on the effects of QX molecular structure on emulsion. As there are two hydrophobic groups including benzene ring and double bond which both have rich electrons, there is strong attraction to heavy oil and is helpful for emulsifying heavy oil. In addition, the hydrophilic groups in QX molecular structure have strong association with the molecule in water phase; it is also helpful to stabilize the emulsion. The field test of QX emusifier showed the pressure of oil well was decreased from 1.5 MPa to 0.4 MPa, oil production per day was increased from 2.4 t to 7 .1 t.
