摘 要:以四乙烯五胺、甲醛和亚磷酸为原料合成了一种含膦盐水缓蚀剂,并考察了不同原料配比,反应时间,反应温度对缓蚀效果的影响。结果表明,在原料摩尔比1:4:4,温度80℃,时间3 h条件下,合成的缓蚀剂缓蚀率最高76.92%-79.49%。将缓蚀剂与磷酸二氢锌按质量比3:1复配后,缓蚀率提高到96.59%,而且复配缓蚀剂还具有用量少、耐温抗盐性好等特点,可用于油田注水和工业冷却水系统。A phosphono - containing brine anticorrosion agent was prepared from tetraethylenepentamine, formaldehyde and phosphorous acid and the effects of reaction conditions including the molar ratio of raw material, reaction time, reaction temperature on the anticorrosion were examined. The result showed that the anticorrosion agent synthesized for 3 hours under the molar ratio of raw material of 1:4:4 and reaction temperature of 80 ℃ had the anti-corrosion rate of 76.92 % ~ 79.49 % . The anticorrosion rate of the product could reach 96.59 % when combined with zinc biphosphate in mass ratio of 3 : 1. The combined anticorrosion agents had better effects in anticorrosion with less amount used and could be used in oil field injection water and industrial cooling water.
