摘 要:用普通矿渣作对比,测试了不同粉磨时间和使用不同助磨剂粉磨的高钛矿渣的粉磨性能。结果表明,高钛矿渣的粉磨性差于普通矿渣。经相同粉磨时间,普通矿渣比高钛矿渣80μm筛余小,比表面大;粉磨45min后,高钛矿渣要达到与普通矿渣相当的比表面积,需增加10~15min的粉磨时间;特别是粉磨75min时两者相差最大,达53.6m2蛐kg。掺助磨剂后,与空白样相比,粉磨时间小于75min时,80μm筛筛余都减小了,比表面也均有不同程度的增加;粉磨时间大于75min时,只有部分助磨剂可使试样的比表面增大。综合筛余、比表面积和粒度分布,对高钛矿渣有较好助磨效果的是掺a%的乙二醇或b%的三乙醇胺。Compared with ordinary slag,grindability of high-titanium slag powder grinded with different grinding time and grinding aids was measured.The results show that the grindability of high-titanium slag is under that of the ordinarily slag,through same grind-ing time,material retained on sieve of ordinarily slag was less,and specificsurface was larger than that of the high-titanium slag.After fifteen minutea of grinding,to have the same specific surface as ordinarily slag,high-titanium slag need more grinding time of10~15minutes.Especially when grinding time was more than75minutes,the difference was the most(53.6m2/kg).Compared with blank speci-men,when grinding time was less than75minutes,material retained on80μm sieve of specimen with grinding aids decreased and its specificsurface increased more or less.When grinding time was more than75minutes,some grinding aids had function.Synthetically,for high-titanium slag,ginding aids as a%glycol or b%triethanolamine will has good effect.
