锆质长水口的研制及使用

摘　　要：以锆英砂、锆英粉、化学氧化锆为主要原料生产锆质长水口,由于在使用过程中对长水口各段的要求不同,将长水口进行分节生产,上中下三节的锆含量分别确定为80%、70%和95%,既保证了制品的质量,又节省了原材料费用,效果较好。The main materials of long zircon nozzle are zircon sand, zircon flour and zirconium dioxide. The zircon nozzle is produced in sections because of the deferent requirements of each part during the service. The Zr contents of the upper, middle and lower section of the long zircon nozzle are 80%, 70% and 95%, respectively, thus not only assuring the quality of the product, but also economizing the cost of the raw materials. The service result is quite good.
