摘  要:介绍了复合膨润土在马钢8m^2竖炉的试验和应用情况。结果表明:复合膨润土具有比普通膨润土更加优良的性能,能够明显改善生球的抗压强度。在保证生球和成品球团矿强度的前提下,配比可降到2.30%,球团矿品位提高0.16个百分点、SiO_2含量下降0.71个百分点,竖炉利用系数提高0.202t/m^2·h,经济效益十分可观。Experiment and application of the composite betonite in Masteel's 8m^2 shaft furnace is introduced. The results show that the composite betonite is superior to the common betonite and it can obviously increase the compression strength of green ball. When the strength of green ball and fired pellet is ensured, the proportion of the composite betonite can reduced to 2.30%, the grade of the pellet increases by 0.16%, the content of SiO2 decreases by 0.71% and the shaft furnace utilizing coefficient can increase by 0.202t/m^2·h. That is to say, the economic benefit is considerable.
