摘　　要：布莱顿是英国南部沿海的一座小城市,发展历史悠久,规划理念十分先进,尤其在增强自然保护的实效性、畅通公众参与的途径、充分体现以人为本的精神方面对我国城市规划有很大启示。The sea town Brighton and Hove locates in the south of England. It has long history and advanced planning idea, especially in the aspects of strengthening the nature protect, opening approach to public participation, and full reflecting human substance.
