四例流产夫妇DP^+、GP^+染色体研究

摘　　要：本文对四例D、G组染色体短臂扩增患者的临床和细胞遗传学作了研究。该型分别为46,X,dd(r)(q12),14p^+;46XY,21p^+;46,XX,22P^+及46,XY,22P^(55)。P^+区域GTG显带都呈均匀的淡染色。Ag—NOR染色发现一例在P^+部分呈现2个银颗粒,其余3例为一个银颗粒在P^+远端,银颗粒大小与正常近端着丝粒染色体无明显差异。并对P^+与流产的关系进行了讨论。Chromosome Dp+ Gp+ in 4 couples with abortion were studied clinically and cytogenetically. The karyotype was 46, X, del(Y) (ql2), 14p+; 46, XY, 21p+, 46, XX, 22p+ and 46, XY, 22p+ respectively. The apparent band in p + area showed hyperchromatic homogeneously. By Ag-NOR staining we found that there were two silver-granules on p+ part in one case and there was one silver-granule on the distal end of p+ part in the other three cases. There was no significant difference bet- ween the size of Ag granule and normal acrocentric chromosomes. The relationship between the p + and abortion was also discussed.
