内衬整合技术在烧结混料机上的应用

摘　　要：针对 3m× 9m圆筒混料机存在衬板脱落、磨穿、圆筒尾部甩料、混均制粒效果差等问题 ,在分析了混料机混料机理与内衬工作特点的基础上 ,采用了内衬整合技术。实践证明 ,混料机衬板的使用寿命提高了 12个月 ,改善了混匀效果 ,烧结矿全项合格率提高了 5 2 % ,年效益达 165万元。Pointing to some problems such as falling out of lining plate, wearing out and casting off material at tail of cylimder, bad blending and balling effect, etc, the integrative lining technique was used in the 3m×9m cylindrical mixer on the basis of analyzing mixing mechanism of mixer and working character of lining. The practice has proved that the service life of lining plate is increased by 12 months, all yield of sintered ore is increased by 5.2% and the profit is 1.65 millions yuan every year.
