摘  要:为解决钢中稀土加入难题 ,济钢开发了结晶器喂稀土金属丝工艺 ,即采用SLW 2 -4 (A)多齿辊无级调速结晶器稀土喂丝机 ,通过严格控制原始钢水的脱氧程度 ,合理选择喂丝工艺参数 ,提高了钢中稀土成分的合格率 ,稀土回收率达 80 %以上 ,稀土在钢中的分布基本均匀。在 0 9CuPTiRE和JCL3 5 5等部分钢种应用表明 ,稀土在钢中有净化、变质和微合金化的作用 ,钢中夹杂物总量评级平均只有 5级 ,比正常生产钢降低 2 2个级别以上。In order to solve the difficult problem of adding rear earth element in steel,new process fed metal thread with rear earth element into mould was developed by Jigang. Through using SLW2-4 (A) multi-roller stepless speed regulation feeding thread machine, strictly controlling deoxidizing level in original liquid steel and reasonably selecting technological parameter of feeding thread the qualified ratio of rear earth element content in liquid steel is increased, the recovery ratio of rear earth element reaches above 80%. Through experimenting in steel kinds of 09CuPTiRE and JCL355, etc, the result has proved that the rear earth element in steel have purification and microalloying function, total content of inclusion is only 5 class average in steel and it is decreased by 2.2 class above than normal producing steel.
