摘　　要：为净化精炼和连铸的污浊回水 ,实现水的循环利用 ,特设VD浊环过滤系统进行净化处理。该系统主要由 7台石英砂高速过滤器及相应污泥处理配套设施组成 ,设备级控制采用QUANTUM系列PLC ,实现现场设备的回路控制 ;上位HMI采用MonitorPro7.0工控软件通过以太网和PLC及其它系统进行通讯。投入运行后 ,确保了生产的安全稳定顺行 ,水质净化率达到 95 %以上。In order to purify dirty water returned from refining and casting process and to realize circulating utilization of water, VD dirty loop filtering system was established for treating waste water. The system consists of 7 set high-speed quartzite filters and its matching devices for treating dirty mud. The device control adopts PLC of QUANTUM series, the software of HMI adopts Monitor Pro 7.0 to communicate with PLC and other systems via Ethernet. The production is safe and stable after VD filtering system run. The purifying ratio of water is up to above 95%.
