摘　　要：高质量的教育是我国成人教育持续发展的基础 ,2 1世纪成人教育要持续发展必须要有质量的支撑。而创新成人教育教学管理机制 ,是我国成人教育在新形势下提高人才培养质量的必由之路和理性选择。Education of high quality is the basis of the persistent development of the adult education in our country. In the 21st century, the persistent development of the adult education needs the support of quality. To innovate the teaching and administrating mechanism is the only way to improve the talent training quality of the adult education in our country in the new situation.
