SL—E_3型电子消毒器杀菌效果观察

摘　　要：本文采用载体法和平板法,对SL—E3型电子消毒器进行了杀菌效果检测,该电子消毒器是将空气中的O_2经电离转换成O_3,然后利用O_3的强氧化作用,破坏菌体内的酶系统而杀灭之。发现它对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的繁殖体均有良好的杀菌作用,杀灭率达99.6％～100％,而对枯草杆菌芽胞的杀菌效果不理想,杀灭率为83.8％～95.8％,并对影响杀菌效果的因素作了分析。The authors tested disinfecting, efficacy of SL-E3 type Electro-disinfector by using carrier method and plate method. By ionization this type of Electro-disinfector changes oxygen in the air into ozone which damageds the enzyme system in bacteria by strong oxidation. The result showed that this apparatus had good sterilization effect on propagules of Escherichia coli, Stapylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. The disinfecting rate was 99.9%. But the disinfection on bacterial spore was unsatisfactory. The disinfecting rate was 83.8-95.8%. The authors also analyzed and discussed the influential factors of disinfecting efficacy.
