120例闭合性腹部损伤临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨腹部闭合性损伤的诊断与治疗。方法 :对我院近年来收治的120例腹部闭合性损伤做回顾性分析。结果 :120例手术治愈114例 ,死亡6例 ,各种并发症42例。结论 :腹部闭合性损伤中实质性脏器损伤多于空腔脏器 ,脏器受损程度重、数目多 ,死亡率高 。Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the abdominal closed injury.Methods:The data of diagnosis and treatment in120patients with abdominal closed injury in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in recent years.Results:All120cases were adopted with operative treatment,114cases were cured and6died,various complications occurred in42cases.Conclusion:In the abdominal closed injury,the parenchymatous organ is more often injured than cavernous one.The multiple organic injuries are serious,with high mortality and many complications.
