摘　　要：目的 :探讨动力髋螺钉 ( DHS)在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法 :对35例股骨粗隆间骨折病例应用 DHS进行治疗 ,并评价其疗效。结果 :平均随访 1 5个月 ,所有病例均在 8～ 1 4周骨折愈合 ,优良率 94.3%。结论 :DHS手术操作容易掌握 ,固定牢靠 ,患者可早期活动 ,并发症少 ,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。Objective:To discuss the application of dynamic hip screw (DHS) in treating intertrochanteric fracture. Methods:35 cases of intertrochanteric fracture were treated with DHS and their effects were evaluated. Results: The patients were followed up for an average of 15 months after operation. Bone fractures of all cases were healed in 8～14 weeks,and the excellent rate was up to 94.3%. Conclusion: Operative procedure of DHS is easy to master and its fixation is firm. The patients are able to mobilize earlier and the complications are few. Therefore,DHS operation is an ideal therapy for intertrochanteric fracture.
